To install the texture pack, unzip the downloaded file in Documents -> Dolphin -> Load -> Textures so that there is now an unzipped folder called SOUE01 inside the textures folder. it runs the entire wii and gamecube library near flawlessly, and has support for nearly all controllers.Ĭemu still can't get flagship games like smash 4 to look right. I think this texture pack and with the emulators ability to allow us to play in full HD could add even more replay value to the game and maybe it would even help Caleb enjoy his speed runs of even more, although I would slow down a bit just to enjoy the scenery. I have an original copy of this game and a GameCube and WII, the ISO use was made from the original disk I own. I only take credit for the textures i have created and used in this video. The first oficial release of my Zelda Twilight Princess Texture pack with Faron Woods, Ordan Village and Ordan Ranch Complete the game is Zelda Twilight Princess in dolphin running Hi Res Textures. This texture adds many other details to the game, but to see it all for yourself, you’ll need to check out the video after the jump. An example of the details being added is instead of the grass looking like it does, it actually looks like real grass. 
While I’m not a fan of the facial hair, it can easily be removed if you know what you’re looking for. This texture pack adds many different things including better lighting, realistic water, over all better detail to the game, and even gives Link his own facial hair. Whats so interesting about this hi res texture pack is that from my knowledge, it is the first to have been released for TP.
A few other Zelda games have seen their own major texture updates which make the games look like anything from TWW to TP and even several different of it’s own high resolution textures. He has worked on his own textures for a few different games and has recently released a texture pack for Twilight Princess.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has recently seen a major update from Youtube user Insaneslug.
